Red Roses Catherine O'Donnell at Egremont RUFC

Sunday 7th July 2024 saw a great morning at Egremont Rugby Union Club with a visit from current England senior womens player, Red Rose Catherine O’Donnell.

She lead a coaching session on fitness, handling and kicking.

This was followed by a talk and a Q&A in the clubhouse, an inspiration for girls involved in rugby across the whole of Cumbria.
