
RFU Female Health Champions are trained individuals who provide information and resources about female-specific health topics to women and girls in rugby clubs.
They can deliver free workshops that cover key health issues relevant to female rugby athletes, aiming to increase knowledge and awareness of England Rugby's female health toolkit HERE.
These champions are passionate about developing women's and girls' rugby and are a key part of the RFU's efforts to support female health and wellbeing in the sport.
